Seaside Cottages
The Seaside Cottages, located at 2 9th Street in St. Augustine Beach, feature four fully-renovated oceanfront houses ranging from one to five bedrooms. The four cottages combined sleep up to 35 guests.
Located on a single oceanfront lot on a desirable “no-drive” stretch of beach, the Seaside Cottages are walking distance of the St. Augustine Beach Pier and a number of restaurants, including an ice cream shop. The Seaside Cottages are only five miles from St. Augustine’s historic district.

With six bedrooms, three sleeper-sofas, and five baths, this cottage sleeps 4–9 people on two floors. The cottage has a four-car garage and a large, covered patio. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, grill, and jetted tubs.

With one bedroom, one sleeper-sofa, and 1.5 baths, this cottage sleeps 2–4 people, and includes a paver patio with grill, outdoor shower, shared washer and dryer, and new kitchen and baths.
The Chautaqua
Sleeps 15 to 22 guests.
The Chautaqua is the largest of the rental properties with Linda’s Beach. It sleeps 4–23 and was rebuilt in 2006 and modeled after the 1926 beach bungalow that was originally present. The floors are original heart of pine and the house has three patios with ocean views.The main house is four bedrooms plus a four-bed sleeping loft and 4.5 baths that sleep 15. The first floor sleeps 6–7, with two beds one bath, with sleeper sofa. Guests can rent both floors to up to 22 people.
There is an upper loft with three single berths and one double berth that are each equipped with a reading light and storage underneath, ideal for childrens’ sleeping arrangements. There is also a pool table, wet bar, TV with cable and DVD player, microwave fridge, and push-button drink dispenser. The gourmet kitchen has double ovens, appliances, pantry, and separate laundry area.
Renovated 1920 Downtown Guest House
Just renovated in 2017, this gorgeous guesthouse at 67 Lemon is located within easy walking distance of many of the historic district’s restaurants and attractions, yet only 5 miles to the beach. Beach chairs and towels included with this property, in case guests need any further encouragement to make their way to the shoreline.
The second floor of this property features beautifully refurbished heart of pine floors in its three king bedrooms, which sleep six to nine guests. Two bathrooms with new marble and glass features lend an upscale feel. Large windows provide an airy feel, letting in natural light and views of the tropical greenery surrounding the property.
Guests will admire the upscale features, including new marble floors, on the first floor of this guesthouse, which features one king bedroom and one and a half bathrooms, as well as a charming “Secret Garden.” The first floor is perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation, sleeping two to five guests. Downtown Historic Lady and Guesthouse
Only 2 blocks away from Linda’s Lemon Street property, the Downtown Historic Lady and Guesthouse are located at 28 Riberia Street. This 1920s two-story home was lovingly renovated by Linda in 2016. The main house features three bedrooms and four bathrooms and sleeps six to ten guests.
The romantic one-bedroom guesthouse rents separately from the main house, and sleeps up to four guests. The properties may be rented together, and work perfectly for destination wedding groups. Linda suggests the bride’s family taking one and the groom’s family taking the other. Both the main and guesthouse feature new kitchens and new marble bathrooms. The houses rented together can easily accommodate groups of 8 to 14.
